Endeavour Career Pathways

As part of our holistic and personalised curriculum our students follow a career pathway.  The pathway choice is guided by the students and their parents in conjunction with school staff.  Students have the opportunity to follow more than one pathway.  The pathways are based on a range of activities, including some from the Talentino programme.

All students will undertake the Preparation for Work compulsory pathway which focuses on being fit and healthy with the skills to travel to work / work experience.

All students are then exposed to a variety of activities from each pathway until there is a clear area of interest.  Students then follow a theme with in-house / community work experience where appropriate.  The themes are designed to allow students to work towards a career pathway.

One pathway is chosen by the multi-professional team following discussion at a Learning Intention Review and will form part of the student's Learning Wheel.  Where appropriate a second Pathway may be chosen by the student.
